By accessing or using WordSpire, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference (including applicable payment and cancellation rules shown at checkout).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” shown on this page indicates when the latest version took effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify us promptly.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

Displayed prices are payable at checkout. Taxes may apply where required by law.

When you submit a payment, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the amount shown at checkout to your selected payment method. You are responsible for any bank or card fees that may apply.

We may offer different types of paid offerings, such as live sessions, subscription access, or one-time course purchases. The exact billing cadence, renewal terms, and what you receive are presented before purchase.

You may cancel a live session up to 24 hours in advance for a full credit. No-shows are non-refundable.

If a session is canceled by WordSpire (for example, due to instructor unavailability), we will provide a reschedule option or a credit, depending on the circumstances and what is feasible.

For subscription offerings, cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Do not misuse the platform, interfere with others’ learning, or infringe intellectual property.

In particular, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access non-public areas of the Service, bypass security controls, or probe/scan for vulnerabilities.
• Upload, transmit, or share unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, including spam or content that harasses or threatens others.
• Copy, distribute, sell, or exploit course materials except where expressly allowed by WordSpire in writing.
• Use the Service to violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

We may remove content and/or suspend access if we believe these rules have been violated.

Training outcomes vary by effort and context. We do not guarantee specific results.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WordSpire disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards and backups.
